Pros

The team is highly trained, systematic, and organized. The practice is incredibly streamlined which makes for a great patient experience. They use state of the art equipment to keep patients healthy and educated. Staff receives free dental care and some training opportunities, although most clinical CE courses are not paid for by management.

Cons

Dr. Haynes is solely focused on expansion, but she can’t seem to keep a consistent staff to stay on board. The best of their clinical and administrative talent has left or is currently looking for better opportunities. Dr. Haynes is prolifically late, which creates chaos on the days she is clinically seeing patients. There are not enough effective treatment coordinators to expedite checkouts. Benefits are pretty slim - health insurance plans are expensive and come with hefty deductibles. No 401k. No life insurance. Very long hours of operation lead to a skewed work-life balance. NO PAID MATERNITY LEAVE FOR AN ALL-FEMALE OFFICE!
