    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Highmark Group (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Their open door policy means what it says. You can call management any time and discuss anything without fear of repercussions.

    Cons

They're a contracting company so you're not a direct employee of the company you're really doing the work for.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you're doing.

    Pros

Employees created a great culture that brought them together through adversity. The Company had a nice office. Fun, and hard working group of people to work with.

    Cons

Lost sight of vision. Management began to act secretive towards employees and left out crucial information. They coated over issues with fluff and false perceptions of how well the company was doing.

    Advice to Management

Be truthful. Be open and transparent. Give the employees a clear vision and stick with it. Show you respect your employees by trusting them.
