Many talented employees who have the skills to succeed
A consumer product with a good track record
Constant shuffling of executives
No Enterprise product or sales expertise
Consumer product pretending to be enterprise
Sales leadership is non-existent
Poor track record of retaining good employees (employees are constantly waiting to be fired)
Advice to Management
Bring in new sales management
Determine if you are really going to play in the enterprise space, and if so, invest the right resources (people, product, budget, expertise, etc)
