    Friendly and helpful colleagues; great work environment and stress free, dogs allowed in workplace; cool but competitive projects to work on.

    Cons

    Lack of empathy towards colleagues when it comes to tackling visa issues including the HR having no experience in this field and lacks the ability to think of alternatives which you don’t expect from a company that is affiliated with Colgate Palmolive.

    Pros

    Division of Colgate-Palmolive, which means world-class training and development programs and strong compensation and benefits packages; diverse employee population with people from all over the world; respects employees and promotes a highly ethical work environment.

    Cons

    Colgate's oversight means there are a lot of layers, policies and red tape that can slow things down. Obtaining executive level nearly always requires at least one relocation first. Because it's a global company based out of NY, there is very little local community involvement for a company of this size.
