Great Culture and compensation
May 16, 2023 - SBA Underwriter in Provo, UTRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
I love the team approach and focus on career development. Overall compensation is above market. Management is willing to listen and think of what's the best way not neccessarily the current way of doing things.
Cons
Need to upgrade some of the systems to make things more efficient. That is in the works.

Boutique banking experience, big enough to help, small enough where the client matters
Cons

They were like family
Sep 22, 2015 - Universal Banker in Austin, TXRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
I loved working with my coworkers. They were like family and we were a great team that worked so well together. I know that each person I worked with wanted to add to my success and I wanted to add to their success. When I did get to work with our senior management out of our Corporate office in Kansas City, they were great at teaching us and giving us tools to learn.
Cons
You must be a self-starter and know how to learn on your own. There was not any real formal training, and all of the information I learned I had to seek out myself. The old platform which was changing after I left, was out dated and hard to use.

Cons
The high turnover experienced over the years, and the loss of some really strong talent. Communications.
