I have been working at Hilton Garden Inn full-time

    Pros

Great company to work for. I would suggest the Hilton brands of hotels to anyone in the hospitality industry.

    Cons

I'm not sure about cons. Maybe only that corporate mandates get to be a bit much at times. Sometimes corporate ideas are great but not very practical at the ground level.

    Advice to Management

My only advice would be to understand that not all franchised hotels have the ability to staff up enough to carry out some of your mandates.

    Cons

essential the AGM with out title or pay

    Advice to Management

at least make the title joint and leave the pay hourly with OT instead of salary

  3. "Good.. Not alot of room for advancement, everything is automated so duties are limited. Fun place and family atmosphere"

Cannot move up no one leaves! You will be stuck at the frond desk until you are 90

    Advice to Management

Slight favoritism and emoloyess fear speaking up for themselves

I worked at Hilton Garden Inn full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great supervision! Was tasked appropriately as a night-time maintenance person.

    Cons

The only con to my employment there was the pay. While I believe it was comparable to other night time maintenance positions, it could've been a bit more.
