Pros
Loved my time there, it was probably the best job I will ever have. Fresh out of college and making 60k after commission bonuses was not a bad gig
Cons
Not a whole lot of room to advance in this role yet, pay is very good for needing no experience, time share so its an icky and immature industry

Pros
Opportunities to sale, former manager Jimmy was the very best, comfortable facilities, pay for real estate license training
Cons
Won't let you prepare for the real estate license test, majority of the managers are not trained to be leaders

Pros
They have a strong training program if you've never done phone sales. The knowledge provide can be applicable to many other fields of sales. It is a revolving door company mostly due to management and high pressure sales. They encourage competition on the floor and can sometimes create a toxic environment. The benefits are great and the pay is average. It takes a lot to be top tier commission and the stress can take a toll on mental health. Overall I think it's a great way to be introduced to solid sales strategies and can definitely help give you experience to move on somewhere else.
Cons
As above so below . Read above

Pros
Competitive compensation (...IF they like you; if not, not so much) Nice office Some decent company events
Cons
CEO seems too focused on 'fun' like celebrity golf tournaments, corporate sponsored pop concerts and travel instead of on the business HR is a department to fear, allegedly with 'files' on everyone Frequent examples of blatant and inexplicable favoritism and scapegoating

Cons

Pros
Hotel discount and free meals
Cons
During training, management will intentionally deceive new hires by promising grandiose compensation and boasting about how they’ve purchased their home or even showing their commission checks off. It’s a scam. What they don’t share are the inequities big being a sales person who’s a black man compared to the rest. Women are the top performers. I’ve seen at least four black Men when I started just recently they all left the company in a matter of weeks to two months. None of them were producing sales. Management gives favoritism to top performance because it was to make its bonus as well marginalizing others. Management doesn’t even know how to follow its own company guidelines toward harassment and procedures. It is a terrible work eviorment and very toxic. And I can honestly say that it is the worse career decision I’ve ever made.

- 1.0Aug 6, 2023Sales RepresentativeCurrent Employee, more than 1 yearLas Vegas, NV
Pros
A lot of tours, good looking clients coming in, tours with money. Hilton brand sells itself.
Cons
If you are not in the CLICK you will slowly be pushed out. It is a revolving door of salespeople coming and going. They have a tier of the best to worst tours and if you fall down on the line up you will get the lower tier tours. They hire people based on what the click wants/thinks, people stay here for YEARS and it’s the same management deciding everything. If you work here-try hard to not make anyone upset or angry or they will force you out. And there will be no second chances, they make it difficult for returnees. One hit wonder and that’s it. Also the people on FLMA can come and go as they please with no rhyme or reason. Literally can just walk in or out depending on tours and tour flow and take weeks off and nobody will say anything leaving the new salespeople to pick up the slack. I love this company but the way it’s run 👎🏻 They promote people who can’t close.
