    never make 80 hour can't do overtime they treat u like slave the manger them is races and they does lie

    Fast growing company with a bright future, leader in the hospitality business with a global reputation, well-intentioned culture and values, senior management makes a genuine effort to do the right thing when it comes to employees and for the most part encourage and support career growth and upward movement within departments. great discounts and employee rates on hotels and resorts around the country

    Cons

    Poor compensation for operations-level positions, changes in company programs and policies are not always implemented seamlessly due to disconnect between corporate level and individual hotel properties, hotel properties that are too large tend to foster a culture of politics and bureaucracy that does not always align with the company's values, there are many internal opportunities but open positions tend to be filled by local candidates only and out of state candidates are not always seriously considered which can be frustrating when one has a desire to relocate

    Advice to Management

    Improve communication and business flow between corporate level and hotel properties, allow team members the opportunity to relocate across state lines instead of always filling open positions with only local candidates, and keep a closer eye on the culture and sentiment among team members at the property level
