    I have been working at Hilton full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great coworkers, awesome benefits, interesting job location, great training. Learning about Hilton in general gets your foot in the door for future positions if you can see yourself with the company for many years.

    Cons

    Too much work for such little pay. Less than $.30 raise after being with the company over a year. Blackout dates for taking PTO is really hard to deal with. You can forget about actually requesting any time off. Odds are on your days off you'll actually get called back in.

    Advice to Management

    Invest more in employees. Don't work them so many days in a row without days off.
