    a little difficult to try and transfer to another city and or country..

    I worked at Hilton full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    You only work the hours you have to work unless you accept overtime hours. If your shift ends at 3pm, you leave at 3pm. Awesome benefits!!

    Cons

    The management at my particular hotel in New Jersey was terrible. They would literally not come out to the desk to deal with situations. Once you get promoted to front desk manager, they force you to work any overtime not accepted by agents, sometimes doubles and overnight hours. It is very unfortunate when people do not want to accept promotions offered to them

    Horrible working hours and if you were nice and said yes they took advantage.

    PC Culture dominates. HR seems more interested in filling positions with bodies than having quality workers.
