    Pros

    We have a generous PTO package, good benefits, and a lot of perks outside the paycheck: the opportunity to work from home, somewhat flexible work hours, and often food provided at the office.

    Cons

    Since my specific job is done remotely from the teams I and my peers work with anyway, it'd be useful to be able to work from home full-time.

    Advice to Management

    Some of the technology systems are outdated. Let's get new, current versions out there, with fewer bugs.

    Pros

    - Working in the Revenue Management I have by far the best Work/Life Balance ever experienced in my 10-year Hospitality career.
    - Expanding department with endless advancement opportunities.
    - Leadership takes your concerns seriously and works to resolve issues immediately.

    Cons

    - Office diversity could use a little help.
    - Benefits are best in the among any company, but base compensation could be improved.

    Advice to Management

    Considering that the cost of living in Dallas is on the rise, yearly cost of living increase that are not a part of our performance merit would be helpful.

    Pros

    My other co-workers are like my family everywhere I go whether on property or in corporate office. I love that I can move to various places and stay within the Hilton family. The team member travel is amazing as well. Really like my PTO accrual pace based on how long I've worked for the company. Lots of opportunity to grow within Hilton.

    Pros

    Great flexibility, earn more PTO than I can spend, laid back atmosphere, jeans to work every day, lots of fun events for the employees, travel benefits.

    Cons

    can quickly reach a ceiling, pay is great coming out of college, doesn't keep up as you move up.

    Overall, great company to work for. Great company culture. Just pay people what they are worth.

    Pros

    Hilton is a great company to work for. The growth opportunities are great, and the tools to train and do your jobs are amazing.

    Cons

    Work life balance is a little difficult depending on the market the hotel is located on. Interdepartmental team work can be difficult.

    Benefits.
    Discounted or free hotel stays.
    Work/life balance.
    Almost unlimited PTO.
    10 holidays paid.
    Fill feel with coworkers and management.
    Spontaneous and Random Pizza Days.
    Offsite team building events.
    Recognition.

    Cons

    Hotel assignments are not fairly chosen; seniority and high performance means nothing. It's all about playing politics and who complains the most.
