    Hilton’s Revenue Management team has tools and training that far surpasses others in the field. They offer very competitive benefits and truly listen to employee feedback to implement changes.

    Cons

    Pay could be more competitive with similar positions in the market. Many employees have been furloughed or laid off due to COVID related industry declines.

    Benefits, working from home 2 Days a week, activities for employees

    Cons

    If you not "Barbie/Pretty boy" like and you are not in all Happy hours you already flagged. Being fake is the key. Leaning on the 100 best companies of the year, however if you look behind the door it looks a lot different. It seems like you work hard you get punished. And if your honeymoon time is over you will realize only sudden people getting promoted.
