    I have been working at Hilton full-time

    Pros

    Free parking (after you pay $20 for a card), free food (when it doesn't make you sick), some good, hard working people

    Cons

    most dept's are understaffed and employees do the job of 2-3 people.
    It's a 24/7/365 operation that never slows down, ever.
    Mostly new management and hotel is losing lots of old business because of it.

    Advice to Management

    Take better care of your employees and they will take better care of you

    never make 80 hour can't do overtime they treat u like slave the manger them is races and they does lie

    Cons

    Is not no place for nobody to work i fill out for full time and it like u working part time

    Pros

    Hotel discount, you paid $43 a night. And family members and Fridays can get the discount as well

    Cons

    The people who train you don't know anything. You have metrics during OJT, pay is low. You work alot, you don't get paid alot. Incentives are a joke.

    Pay more, get rid of metrics and incentives

    corporate personnel forgot what it is like to be on a hotel property. They demand more of you than we can manage.

    they have direct deposit for paychecks

    Cons

    when company lacks business they reduce your hours WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU and then you do NOT get holiday pay despite having worked all you were given; market rates and your skills have nothing to do with getting a raise so you can work all kinds of OT during busy times and get told there's no money for you even while new equipment is being purchased.

    stop treating your workers like indentured servants. learn what it means to respect employees.

    Union job, Hotel is big, Nice lunch lounge, lots of parking, management is helpful, always busy, free lunches,

    Cons

    Unfriendly stuck up co workers, less than 20 hours but hired as full time, baristas run the managers , everyone is always in a hurry

    Pay more attention to your crew and how they are treating the guests
