    Was good place to work till new senior leadership imported from IHG Good Work Life balance since last 2 years Globally good brand

    Cons

    New Senior Leadership from IHG @ Singapore Corporate Office has destroyed the Hilton Values and Culture COVID related reorg was done based on personal reasons/bias

    Great Asia Pacific market exposure.

    Cons

    Lack of diversity- senior leaders are most expatriates and male. Business decisions that impact team members are often communicated at the very last-minute.

    Pros

    Work-life balance, nice working environment, high salary

    Cons

    Serious office politics in the department, Management is a group of lier who kept saying the business is "recovering" in the TM letters but staffs were still terminated

    Pros

    Great benefits, competitive pay, flexible schedules. In good times, they really are a great place to work.

    Cons

    - Flexible schedule doesn't mean you don't work extra hours, you just have more say in how to split it up. You will be working round the clock if you don't have a supportive manager to push back for you. - Very hierarchical - decisions and information is shared depending on job level, not job responsibilities. If you are a manager running a project, you are not included in conversations that impact your work. Even at Director and above, autonomy in satellite regions are limited if you have a manager elsewhere. - Very US-centric. Standards and policies are all very focused on US customs even if they make no sense in the region. - Poor crisis management and communication. COVID has really hit the company hard and they have not lived up to their best places to work reputation. Whilst it is understandable that they were blindsided as everyone was, senior management should have focused more on internal comms than external comms.

    -Not many opportunities for job progression/promotion for many departments -Strong preference in hiring foreigners over locals
