    I worked at Hilton full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    It has a very positive atmosphere. A great sales potential, cash spiffs and a great base pay plus sales commission.

    Cons

    This company has a limited number of members to contact. The calls have been repeated within a seven day period. A wider call base would make the earning potential much greater.

    I worked at Hilton full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Monday-Friday shift, only six hours plus commissions! Great people. Music environment and at the end of the year raffles for big prizes.

    Cons

    Management was horrible. Critics of every small detail. When it came down to help you they put you down. 30 minute break & unpaid.
