Large Facility. Tons of work. Variety of equipment. Locations up and down the East Coast. Overtime is optional and work/life balance is pretty good compared to other companies.

To many to list. Deplorable management, ignorant billionaire owner who cares more about his bottom line than quality or the well being of employees, community, or clients. (unless they are personal friends) Forced overtime, pittance of raise hikes, and highest turn over of any place I have ever worked! It is a toxic cesspool. Steer clear for you sanity and mental well being.
