I worked at Hindalco full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Good working culture. Though, it varies with the plant to plant. Employees at older Plants such as 'Renukoot' are usually less stressed compared to newer projects.
    - For Mechanical Engineers, you will be able to see various mechanisms practically day to day as maintenance works are always undergoing.
    - Since it is a part of Aditya Birla Group - you'll get salaries, perks and benefits all on time.

    Cons

    - All plants are situated at remote locations with very few recreational places, which is very boring,
    - The in-hand salary for entry level role is less compared to other companies.
    - Combining above 2 points - you'll earn less but you'll spend even less and hence you'll saving much of your money.(Confused it is a pro or a con)

    Advice to Management

    - Consider changing the salary structure.
