    Pros

The environment, team spirit, colleagues' experience is very good. They have bus transportation covering greater Cairo, Delivery food to kitchen and deduct from payroll directly. Buffet service is outstanding. Being a member in the finance team gives you the ability to learn and demonstrate your knowledge into practice and of course discover new skills.. Mutual respect is the slogan there!

    Cons

Unacceptable low salary compared to the efforts and characteristics they require when hiring for Juniors through Team leaders!
Low monthly bonus! And non-caring attention to employees' demands when it comes for specific roles in the management.

    Advice to Management

Paying employees a good-for-living salary is not a crime nor decreasing your revenues.
