    Pros

    Good co-workers, ok job itself.

    Cons

You start not much above minimum wage. The pay is not 'decent' compared to other CSR jobs you can find. This place takes people in, trains them, and then as soon as they hit a certain mark of hours they've missed, they're gone. No doctor's note. No lenience, your schedule can't be adjusted after it's set in stone, even if it's a major life event/emergency that requires it. . Avoid this place like the plague.

    Advice to Management

Your high turn-over rate makes it clear that retaining employees and knowledge is not your goal. This is bad business for the clients, and the employees who represent you.

    Cons

Overbearing with Mirco management created a stale feeling in the workplace, low moral.

    Advice to Management

Need to create a less stressful environment for its employees and offer an incentive and bonus for there hard work

    Pros

You a paycheck, it's a forty hour work week, they hire anyone with a pulse, the people I worked with, some of the managers are great.

    I loved my manager.

    Cons

Liking what you do, but hating the company you do it for. Some of the managers are horrible and impersonal. I knew a girl who worked there for 7 months before she met her manager.

Their insurance sucks. They don't care if you get sick, they don't honor a doctor's note if you happen to go get one.

As an employee who understands what working in a call center entails, since I have been in call centers the majority of my working career, I understand the importance of attendance. I understand that it it critical to realtime management, that people show up to work. Why on EARTH would you implement an attendance policy where an employee who has PTO, can call in an hour before their shift, and not get penalized for it, when an employee with no PTO schedules a day off IN ADVANCE and gets penalized bc they have no PTO!?!?!

The people who put this in place, clearly lack the skills to think ahead. Works great for me though, I had been there over a year, I built up tons of vacation time, and never scheduled a day off. I took off, called in late, left early, whenever I felt like it. As long as I called an hour before my shift, and I had the pto to cover, I was fine.

That was the DUMBEST attendance policy in a call center I have ever experienced.

The rules of "no paper" are ridiculous. This includes no books, no personal items at all. Don't surf the Internet when there's 20 minutes between calls. Dont have a snack at your desk, we aren't paying you for a personal potty break either, you best time that to your break and lunch. Oh, you have a new schedule? That you worked hard for, and earned a good spot on the shift bid? Guess what, lol just kidding, we're going to change your hours to whatever the heck we want, whenever we want, because when you applied it said "any hours" so it doesn't matter what you bid on in that shift bid, we're going to do what we want.

I have never hated working in a place as much as I have hated working here.

    Pros

    Fulltime plus overtime. Good benefits

    Cons

They would not approve LOA for a surgery I had to have. I was terminated

    Advice to Management

Please realize people do get sick and have to miss more than 40 hours of work

    Pros

Decent schedules, people there are friendly

    Cons

They cut your hours ALL THE TIME because they are constantly not getting enough call volume, the program's close every other month so don't even think about job security

    Advice to Management

Get your programs in order please, better training for employees, and I know this is a call center but can you at least pretend that you don't consider all employees completely dispensable?

I worked at Hinduja Global Solutions full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

job till you find something else quickly

    Cons

Not paid for bathroom breaks. They say it’s because it’s an Indian based company
    $9.15 per hour
    Low to no raises.
Lucky to work 40 hours a week since you’re being outsourced to Mexico.
    Slow computers
Slow in updating information which will get you fired
Always late on bonus and paychecks
They change your schedule so you maybe late and it’s your fault
They call it coaching however when you’re fired it’s a write-up and decline your unemployment
They lie that you was written up twice however you’ve been written up once that you know
Coaching / Write-up you can’t put in your rebuttal
They can only write you up, you can’t write them up
They’ve admitted to cut the hours to where you can’t function financially and have to look elsewhere to avoid unemployment.
    Irate customer automatically your fault
If someone had a dog with flees they bring them in, they don’t send them home or do anything about the fleas. Seriously not joking
Chairs that you sit in are always broken. They claim they take them out of commission however they just move them to the other side of the building
High turnover rate and high firing. Example 90% of your class will leave quickly. 8 Managers in a year have been fired
First you're a free member of ZIPCAR then once you're fired they cancel your membership
I'm just going to stop from here. If you still don't get it then good luck.

    Advice to Management

Managers you fire others and then you get fired and talk about how bad the company it. Did you say that to the Unemployment Insurance?
