    Pros

It is good company for fresher. i had been worked 1 year as a trainee as a dot net developer. i had learned many new things. staffs are very helpful. no workload. work goes smoothly. company celebrates birthday of each employee individually. as lunch and breakfast is provided by company there is no tension of getting tiffin from home.

there is no senior dot net developer. if got stuck then need do R&D or take help from others eg. friend, relatives, etc. before development of application requirement is not freezed, at any moment requirement gets changed.

    Current Employee - Commercial Officer

    Pros

Since each location is only a small factory with very few employees, a person has to do everything and thus gets exposure to lot of different work areas. For example, in Finance & Accounts , a person will get a chance to gain experience in Sales Tax, Excise, Service tax etc., besides core accounting functions.

    Cons

Since the employees at all the factories is very low, it puts extra burden on the existing employeees and work-life and home-life balance is severely affected.

    Advice to Management

Requires to give thought to recruiting more people as at present the work force is woefully inadequate. Additional employees will bring down the unacceptably high level of work burden and thus improve overall employee morale.
