    Pros

    varied experience from mining ,mineral processing& metallurgical, captive power generation, appropriate training programmes, best facilities for family living & children education , social security

    Cons

    lack of copper ore reserves and location disadvantages preventing aggressive expansion so limited opportunities for growth

    Advice to Management

    better to tie up with private sector

    Pros

    Good place to learn.
    Helpful People.
    Technically advanced and large scale operations.
    Transitioning from surface to underground - Unique learning opportunity

    Cons

    Bare minimum (but good) infrastructure.
    Isolated location - nearby cities at 200+km distance.
    No after-work-hours culture.

    Advice to Management

    Work can't be the only thing that a person does in his life. But at MCP, there isn't anything for a young person to do.

    everything they provide on subsized rate so good.

    I have been working at Hindustan Copper as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

    It is expected to undertake research, development consulting services in concentrator, smelter and refinery.

    Cons

    its about working in mines so basically its too dangerous,beside it the pay scale is also too low

    Advice to Management

    the smelter and refinery plants which are close in present..should be restarted as soon as possible.
