    You can impress the uninformed by mentioning that you work with HT

    Cons

    They do not care about editorial employees at all, staff is severely overburdened and morale is extremely low.

    Hiring is done only when the situation is really bad

    HR is unhelpful

    Too top-heavy and politicised

    Uninspired journalism

    Pros

    Stable job, one can get by without having to push hard.

    Cons

    The journalism is tired, the focus is on producing content for the sake of ads and not for the sake of good journalism, pay is below par, increments are lower than the inflation rate.

    Advice to Management

    Invest more in hiring good people, don't replace every senior employees who leave with junior-level staff as it impacts overall quality.

    Full liberty to work
    do whatever you want to implement.
    Good for workaholic

    Cons

    Though 2 days off but no breathing
    poor leave policies
    HR works like clerk in govt offices
    Senior management is overcrowded
    So many reportings

    Stand for your staffs
    Cut the headcount at top level
    Be aggressive not be characterised in market
