    Discrimination by management between employees,No promotion before 5-6 year,

    Good learning experience for fresher and give big responsibilities . Good atmosphere to work . Production incentives and Annual schemes are good

    Cons

    Yearly Increments are not good. Very often transfer . Some locations accommodations are not maintained properly . Remote locations from city

    Career exposure for a mining guy to start his career is best.A lots of technical stuffs in mining domain.

    Cons

    Less salary.High work pressure. Work life balance is avg.Appraisal system is bad

    Need to focus on salary.Efficient appraisal system should be following without biasing

    Pros

    Multiple experience in Underground Mining, Granite Quarrying, Blue Metal Quarrying and even in Non-Destructive Testing for Mining Machineries.

    Cons

    Very much interested to work abroad to experience a new atmosphere in work and to gain very good knowledge in advance machineries.

    Advice to Management

    If you recruit a young person like me giving value for time and with multiple experience it may be very advantageous to the organisation.

    good name , big organisation , intellectual peers , global opportunities. you can manage your time if you want, decent salary package currently (earlier it was low)
