    Pros

    Advanced technology given the size of the IT, well designed and structured system, well balanced work/life environment.

    Cons

    financial status of the company is extremely unstable

    any advice at this stage would be too late.

    I worked at Hines Horticulture full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    At the facility level the field employees and office staff are great and wonderful to work with.

    Cons

    At corporate requests get bottle-necked and answers take time, at times very long. Employee training isn't a priority.

    Advice to Management

    Employee training would go along way as would additional staff at corporate to help support the needs of facility staff.

    Pros

    Allowed me to work around my school schedule while working with plants and people all in one. Great job.

    Cons

    There was a temporary limit as to how long this job was allowed. Seasonal at best.

    Advice to Management

    Keep working with universities to help students find part-time work.

    The work environment maintains a low level of stress. Coworkers are cooperative and supportive.

    Cons

    For both full-time or part-time employees, annual reviews might not occur.

    Advice to Management

    Employee annual reviews are a necessity to the success of the employee, the company, and the management.
