      Pros

It's fun to work with such a great group of techies who love nature. It feels like we're really trying to do something special that helps people have unique experiences, and that has a side-effect of keeping beautiful land wild, the way it was meant to be.

      Cons

      No real cons to state.

        Pros

mission driven company, nice coworkers, unlimited PTO, fully remote company

        Cons

This is a mission-driven company, but it is plagued by weak leadership and poor execution of strategy and goals. Business is failing to grow. Managers are ineffective at leading their teams. Morale is low due to all of above. CEO and many executive level staff lack the leadership and functional skills needed to take this company to the next level. Company does not value professional development or culture for employees. Company says it is values and mission driven but fails to translate those values into the day-to-day operations of the company. Comp and benefits are pretty subpar.

I'm currently interviewing for manager and senior manager positions within people operations, what are some questions you like to ask during interviews with directors and VPs?

Good morning, Has anyone ever been asked for an hour long second interview? Especially without discussing salary yet?! I have a two part second interview with a company next week that I am excited about, however, I still haven’t received a response when asking about salary, and it’s a total of an hour split between meeting with five people! Whew I’m a little nervous but more concerned that I may be wasting my energy for minimal pay.

      Manager

Good morning! I had a final interview the other day where I was tasked with presenting a project I was to work on. I presented and was told that my project was refreshing, I anticipated questions, explained my assumptions and there were no questions. In your experiences, is this a good sign? They said they were interested in how I speak and think. Good? Bad? Indifferent? I know everything is a 50/50 shot, but this was the first time I've been in this position, so I'm kind of anxious. Thanks
