I worked at Hippocrates Health Institute of Florida full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Healthy food, helping people

    Cons

This place was one of the worst jobs I have ever had. The employees in the front of house are treated poorly and are given a lot of anxiety and stress with the day to day functions of running everything. We were never appreciated for the job we did and no one was happy. The turnover was extremely high. There is no communication between the teams working there. People do not have support to do their jobs so they all have extremely short fuses. No one ever takes accountability for what they need to do. There management seems to care only about the money.

    Advice to Management

Treat others as you would like to be treated. Practice the outside principles on the inside. Don't have it all be about the money.
