The thing I like most about working here is that they leave you alone so you can work -- not a lot of picky time restrictions, administrative stuff, or time card complexities. Both a pro and con here -- the experience changes depending on who your project manager is.
Cons
Training is a little shaky -- there's not a dedicated process for keeping the team appraised of changes as the project evolves.
