    Solid firm with storied history

    Pros

This is a well run firm with nice physical office spaces, genial employees, and a work environment which fosters growth. Compensation is generally above average, depending on practice area, and the firm offers good benefits.

    Cons

At times, the organizational structure and leadership hierarchy can seem a bit convoluted, which may cause concern for upward mobility. Work-life balance is largely dependent upon practice area, and while there is generally a reasonable balance, junior employees may find some difficulty managing expectations of senior leadership.

    Pros

The salary is above average for area. Overall it is a good place to work. Nice people and skilled attorneys.

    Cons

Some employees seem to get preferential treatment. There have been staff cutbacks leading to an overly burdensome workload for some employees.
