I worked at Hit Web Design as a contractor

    Pros

As a contract web/graphic designer who worked remotely, I was able to work my own hours and schedule. My project manager was quick to respond to questions or supplying info as needed.

    Cons

...nothing to post at this time...

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Hit Web Design as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

Remote work. Decent manager, at first, challenging work (mostly fixing the work of others).

    Cons

Everything else. Low pay. No benefits. Ridiculous expectations, given the pay, I mostly did it to keep my chops up.

    Advice to Management

They did it already, went bankrupt.

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Hit Web Design full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good work environment, many opportunities to move up.

    Cons

Completely fell apart at the end...

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

A chance to earn commissions on sales

    Cons

The sales environment was cut-throat; other people will not hesitate to poach sales from your accounts. This was considered "best practice" by the company

    Advice to Management

If you would have respected the suggestions of your employees, you'd still be in business.
