    Pros

    I enjoy the people and the work. The people are respectful, positive and responsive.

    Cons

    Sometimes is can be hard to reach executives because they travel often.

    Advice to Management

    Allocate some responsibilities to lower management, so things continue to move when you are away.

    Pros

    Was a great place to work until they changed from consulting to product company

    Cons

    Ran out of steam, major layoffs in October. Still struggling good people are looking to leave.

    Advice to Management

    Do better planning. Laying off new employees within 1 month of starting does not bode well.

    Pros

    Its a positive company, with as much communication as can be possible is such a large enterprise. The people are typically nice, and work/life balance is promoted.

    Cons

    Making a big turn as far as industry kinda goes right now.

    Colleges are nice, willing to help and excellent;
    You can have a good networking here;
    High reputation;
    Building your consulting skills;
    You can learn a lot

    Cons

    Sometimes too much pressure, but it depends on who is your supervisor;
    Works are basic and you might not have a big picture about it

    Deep collective experience among the management team
    Some of the best professional development advice I have ever received in my career
    Fantastic methodology and process oriented approaches
    Support for careers at different stages

    Cons

    With lots of big corporate clients, it was hard to find "meaning" in the work I was doing
    The longest hours I have ever worked, by far

    Unworkable strategy and unproductive executive leadership

    Advice to Management

    Spend more time with your customers, and cut 50% of the meetings and fat from the leadership team.
