I want to tell you Hitachi Vantara is a successor of Hitachi consulting. If you are planning to join. I suggest please do not because this company is completely driven by immature managment, I have worked here and found not sutiable due to heavy politics driven by managment. They will leave you in trouble. No work life balance at all.. the comments you see in other feedback is just fake. Coming to CTC.. huge amount of your money will be in variable pay and managment will not give you with silly reasons. Salary late on the last day or may extend Hitachi consulting and Hitachi Vantara offices merge creating huge problems and lot of people are resigning the company. People who worked for more than 8 years in Hitachi Consulting are leaving due to immature Hitachi vantara managment and wrong handling. They will put you in trouble by managment. Please do not join, THIS COMPANY IS NOT GOOD. (If you have joined the company even after reading this you will be evident of the work culture and regret very badly) MY PERSONAL AND TRUE EXPERIANCE.

- New national operating model is not for everyone - Hitachi Consulting lacks the scale to support a true national industry and solution organization structure that targets billion dollar and above companies - Organization model changes will continue to drive high turnover for those people interested in true work life balance - Hitachi Consulting has effectively moved away from working with mid-market companies

Just stay around 5km from the office and you will have a perfect work life balance unless you have a hectic project

Very nice and committed people, the best I've worked with so far, still get along with most of them Work / Life balance was very good but it'll depend on what you're doing as the company has different practices with different policies around this Salary is not top of the range but it's above average

Strategic vision/direction of the company made it a very non-interesting place to work at No interesting projects No big projects around cloud/containers/configuration automation - DevOps, no IT company will live the next era of IT without these.

Very political from the upper echelons down to PMs.
