Keep doing what you're doing. It was a good job to have while in school because of the way it was managed.

    Pros

The student population is terrific to work with, and you cannot pick a more attractive location to work. Senior leadership has great ideas for moving the Colleges forward and working to make the student experience better.

    Cons

Sometimes there can be red tape/politics in Higher Ed that reduces efficiency and slows down potential improvements.

    Advice to Management

    Don't let politics impede progress.
