      Great clothing allowance and freebies.

      Cons

      There is no commission yet you are expected to work to sometimes impossible sales targets.

        Amazing team with nice teammates and supervisor; hectic environment so was never boring; not commission-based so don't have any hostile competition

      Just finished a case interview. Overall, I thought it went well but was a little confused at one of the charts they showed. After I provided my recommendation the interviewed said "great job" then moved on to questions. Is this a good sign to is this something that is commonly said by interviewers?
