-Good place to work if your a student -Covers all areas of retail -Always something to do, so your not just sectioned to do one thing like other high street brands -Good discount for uniform -flexible hours if you have other commitments in life

-Minimal hours, not substantial for living -Little room for progression -Not enough support or motivation from upper management in head office -The company does not seem to value or respect their employees in the same ways it bends over backwards for their 'Loyal customers' -Lack of communication or training -Poor management
