Pros
Some of the benefits are great. You get a car, paid gas, and phone; as well as flexibility.
Cons
Management is not there for you, they’re there for themselves. you know it’s bad when the competition knows of your manager and how bad they are from their previous experience (failure) in the industry. Communication is lacking between all departments and even among your own team. internal competition leaves you anxious and on edge (not the best motivator). While having a car and phone is a benefit it’s stops there. Medical and leave benefits are ancient. Marketing is out dated and nepotism keeps underserving people at the top who refuse to grow and modernize themselves. At the branch level it’s a constant war between service and the credit department. Like I said every department is out for themself. Service department is underpaid and dislike sales because it’s a revolving door and management literally thinks they’re better than service. Credit department has no idea how sales works or how to be competitive. Work balance is hard. Because of multiple reasons (service) issues are constantly happening after hours and you’re on call and expected to answer! Even though you can’t ever get a hold of management they expect you to always be available.

Pros
This is the worse company you could ever work for the majority of the people lie like crazy, I have kept all my documentations of the nasty employees that worked there and the things said and done ,they should just be thankful I have not sued for compensation. All because some hogan's favorites chose to not do their job and waste company time by killing the day out, As to where I would actually do my job and not use their cars to do extras on to run up company time the other employees threatened me and even took to cyberbullying. This is the worse job I have ever worked majority of the employees there act like they are in a high school click ( i guess it is because those certain ones never finished high school IDK). If you have a chance between this job and somewhere else, go somewhere else you'll be glad that you did. This is a company you go to when you're sorry and can't get hired or hack it any where else.
Cons
The whole job it's self is a crap show Employees lie on good employees that actually do there job Dispatch is a complete joke don't look for help they don't care.
