    Pros

This review is specifically for Fraedom NZ, sister company of HRG. Graedom NZ is a very focused tech Company that delivers a "proper" enterprise-level product. And by "proper" i mean that their Travel and Expense Management Solution is a proper T&E management software. Fraedom NZ has a promising future.

    Cons

The current customer support department at Fraedom NZ is confusing a product-based company for an IT-services company. Top management in this department raise absurd complaints to the CEO such as "Customer support is a thankless job". IT employees hired by customer support will definitely find the work thankless and unsatisfying if they are not passionate about IT.

    Advice to Management

Since Fraedom NZ is primarily a focused IT company, it needs to find a way to absorb customer support into itself. If you are a passionate about IT consider applying to all positions outside customer support. As for the customer support department, Fraedom NZ must focus on hiring employees passionate about IT and customer support who can enjoy and add variety to the nature of work.

    Cons

No employee privileges and can see the company working towards it after listening to the employees but would like to see something that is good.

    Flexible work arrangements
Good staff benefits relative to companies of a similar size
    Easy to communicate with management

    Cons

    Weak IT systems

    Advice to Management

Invest in IT, leverage the global network of the company, do not just run each country seperately.

    Pros

Values employees - gone to extreme lengths to only make a small number of redundancies in the difficult economic environment in 2008 and 2009

    Cons

Quite slow moving, takes a long time between announcements of change to see anything happen - a lot of people have been at the company for a long time so can be bottlenecks.
