    Approves of CEO

I worked at Holcim full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very overtime friendly, if you wanna work the hours are there. You can gain lots of knowledge on how the rail yard works. All about safety. The Denver terminal has over 5,000 days of no injuries on the job.

    Cons

Some of the truck drivers don't have the best of attitudes. Not the best on training new employees.

    Advice to Management

More time for training new employees. Management should be more involved in the training as well.
