    Good salary and overall remuneration. Good ambiance / colleagues. Interesting challenges. International exposure and opportunities.

    Too oriented towards shareholders and financial markets. Need to refocus on the operational long term view.

    Good staff development and enrichment program which can lead to advancement and overseas assignment, with relatively Acceptable staff welfare initially.

    Cons

    Serious cost cutting resulting in many cuts on all the above. Tremandous amount of reporting work and systems and regulations to comply with.

    Good exposure of enterprise systems. Good pay. Earlier to current CIO was a great place for learning and fun, both.

    Cons

    Current CIO, is 'all work no play' types. Does not promote Fun@Work. Micromanages everything and does not Empower people.

    No use of advice, current CIO does not pay any heed to it.
