I have been working at Holiday Inn Express full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Pay for management is descent.

    Cons

Pay for support staff is much too low. Expects too much from people for so little pay.

    Advice to Management

Stop expecting the world from employees who don't make much money and from lower management. They don't seem to take hiring support staff very seriously. Expects endless energy, time, and devotion from lower management.

    Cons

No vacation or sick pay during the 1st year of employment
Expensive health insurance option provided (unaffordable)
    Low pay

  7. "Just some info"

    Pros

If you go to school or work elsewhere in afternoon it works or perfect . Some days are 10-330 most are 9-12/1 . You finish work pretty much when you finish cleaning the rooms assigned to you .

    Cons

Like other places with linen , hard to keep up with buying sheets and towels constantly so us housekeepers have to work with not enough sheets and towels sometimes and makes the job longer and more hectic running back and fourth while cleaning .

    Pros

Good college job, lots of down time to do school work, decent pay, good hours.

    Cons

Owner is highly unprofessional. Asks about religion and personal details during interview process (illegal), and hires his unqualified friends and family at a high pay rate.

    Advice to Management

    Stop doing that.
