I worked at Holmes County School District (More than a year)

    Pros

There are some good people in this school and community.
The people, especially the children want just as much to be loved as you do.

    Cons

Adapting and assimilating is a process, but once you're in you're in.

    Advice to Management

Remember that teachers make the world go round. I believe they need to be monitored because everyone that teaches is not a teacher, but I believe that should not be a penalty for creativeness and innovation. They have a lot to work on, but it has the potential to be a fabulous place.
