    No Stress and absent management, a good stop-over point while searching for other work

    Cons

    No career advancement, CEO just waiting to retire so there's no vision for the future, lots of drama and disfunction

    Take advice of your team, look for new ways to grow, take advice from qualified consultants with MBAs instead of personal friends from dying catalog industries.
