    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Holy Name Hospital part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Holy name pays $11.92/hr for a similar position that you would get at a fast food restaurant. The people are friendly and welcoming.

    Cons

You may not get the hours you are looking for as Holy Name is typically understaffed and some employees call out on a weekly basis. People will definitely ask you to work when you can't.

    Advice to Management

    Hire more people!

    Advice to Management

Consider labelling aides as administrative assistants as well.
