I have been working at Holy Redeemer Hospital and Medical Center part-time

    Pros

Coworkers are great, good health benefits if you are full time. Flexible hours for part timers. Employee discounts on co pays and hospital diagnostic studies, as well as hospital stays.

    Cons

No raises, overworked, lowest paid in the area. treated like dirt by management. Horrible office hours. Always short staffed. Nobody is applying for jobs because the pay is so bad.

    Advice to Management

Managers please Get your heads out if your butts and do your job. Playing favorites and picking on your non favorites is terrible for employee morale.

I worked at Holy Redeemer Hospital and Medical Center full-time

    Pros

Patient Care was Priority. Worked with some Great People

    Cons

Salary - Underpaid. Upper Management needed to have an open ear for suggestions

    Advice to Management

I believe there would be less turn over if employees were paid a competitive salary.. My experience always felt patients were priority however pay was not reflective of time and devotion that was put into job. A lot of excellent , caring and passionate employees work at this organization! Management needs to recognize this!!

    Pros

There are some hard working dedicated employees, who are overlooked for promotions and recognition. These people are the best thing about the Elizabeth Office.

    Cons

Current manager is inefficient and only provides recognition to her friends. If you do not pander to her or her best friend, you are discriminated against regardless of your position or hard work. She also has been known to provide fake praise to her favorites.

    Advice to Management

Hire a new manager for Elizabeth that actually has management and administrative skills.
The current manager works on favoritism for a select few. A

    Cons

There is a disconnect with top management and staff. The pay rates are well below what the rates should be.
