Engineers are only responsible for working on projects for one client at a time, allowing us to focus on delivering high quality work and building strong relationships with our client. Engineers negotiate directly with clients for their own salaries and other benefits, giving us control over our own income and the opportunity to tailor our compensation to our needs and preferences.
Cons
If a client stops working with Holycode, it may be necessary for the engineer to terminate their contract. While the company may try to find a new client for the engineer to work with, it will require signing a new contract. This means that engineers may need to spend all of their free time looking for a new client if their current project ends, which can be stressful and time-consuming.
