    Good people. Laid back work experience. Lenient on time off if needed.

    My manager thought it was okay to curse and yell at his employees.

    Be aware that the offensive language can offend others.

    Complete imbalance of wages to work performed.

    Rethink who gets the perks vs the soldiers in the trenches.

    Pros

    every now and again free food will be provided.

    Cons

    Supervisors and team leads are extremely unqualified. They will demean you at the drop of a dime. Pay is low, cannot support family off of salary. Which is why you still qualify for government assistance while working here.

    Advice to Management

    Send your team-leads and supervisors to interpersonal communication classes because they are not approachable.

    Never had to work overtime.

    Cons

    Management was clueless regarding what people did. Good ole boys network. Management is only concerned with themselves. Scott Cromie is the CEO.

    Good Corporation. Lets you be a better self and get promoted within the company if you have achieved the necessary qualifications.

    Sometimes there is no life/ work balance. Required availability 24/7

    Its good to give constructive criticism. Its also helpful to give some compliments from time to time.

    Pros

    Clear expectations are set, help is always available and the product is the best in the market. Every single person I've met and worked with in the company (50-100 individuals) has been very friendly, professional and helpful. Great schedule and balance... especially for a sales position.

    Cons

    Traffic is pretty rough in every direction during rush hour. I read a few reviews about pay being too low....tough cookies. Negotiate for higher pay or find a better paying job elsewhere. If you aren't smart enough to figure that out, then you probably aren't worth what you are currently making.

    Advice to Management

    Offer recruiting bonus for bringing in new employees.

    Great company and management. Competitive pay and benefits. Great, on-going training. Superior product and pricing.

    Cons

    Nature of the business, has a bad reputation in the general public sometimes. Must learn to overcome those objections (easy to do).

    Pros

    They have provided stable paychecks for the last few years

    Cons

    Horrible management, poor employee treatment, horrendous human resources department, no raises, no feedback, worst company on the planet. They will restrict you from movement within the organization if they know you have any sort of ongoing illness. They tell you that you will go no where and expect that to motivate you to come to work. They hire external candidates that are not qualified to do their jobs.

    Advice to Management

    Need new management at all levels. They do not promote from within so those in upper management have the "good ol boys" club going on. if you don't hang with the in crowd, you should not expect much from your leadership. they should provide feedback however that is foreign concept to them.

    I like the Monday-Friday 8-5 schedule. The people here are real nice and the managers are nice as well.

    Cons

    Be specific about the job duties in full detail. Also an increase in pay would be nice ;)

    Management is cool in my book
