    Pros

This was a part time time job for me so I didn't take it too seriously. The work schedule was pertty fair and if I needed a day off it was usually accomodated. My Manager was pretty easy going and I felt comfortable talking to him about issues I was facing (other employees, work schedule, tasks, etc). Having the opportunity to work in different departments and learn new skills and develop knowledge about all the different products was most interesting to me. Formal and informal staff events were fun even with such a diverse group of people working at the Home Depot.

    Cons

Starting a work shift early in the morning was the one thing I liked the least.

    Cons

    Good Place to work

    Pros

Good benefits, and a support system within the company. Fellow associates help you feel comfortable and it's flexible to give away your shifts and trade if necessary.

    Cons

Management always waits till the last minute to fix issues in stores, mostly the day before a store walk. They don't spend enough time on the floor, and when they do happen to come out on the floor and see what's going on they only happen to walk in on the moments when an associate is taking a break to chat with their coworkers and complain about how everyone is just standing around.

    Great place.

    Pros

Great if you’re a student but also great if you want to climb to higher positions. They are also very friendly towards different people, including disabled people, LGBTQ+, older and younger etc. Pay is competitive and benefits are great even for part time. Flexible schedule as well.

    Cons

Hours can fluctuate and are not reliable unless you have full time. A lot of physical work lifting and moving things around.
