      Incredible room for self-management, little to no micromanagement.

      Cons

      Poor communication amongst upper management/colleagues in regards to the company dynamics/policies, causing massive and unnecessary mistakes and delays. Outdated technology, unwillingness to modernize/update methods of business processes. Lack of employment documentation makes for unclear expectations.
