I worked at Home Health of Illinois full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Ability to learn different jobs due to the Mom-and-Pop culture. This is experience that you can take elsewhere.

    Cons

Compensation wasn't the greatest...unless your a nurse OR good in the Executive Director. Sometimes, staff and management asked to do things that were unethical.

I worked at Home Health of Illinois part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Ability to learn with no training/certificate requirements. At times picked your own schedule. Which later was taken against you. There isn't much pros to give to the company.

    Cons

There were a lot of problems with scheduling, the staff is very inconciderate of the employees. There was also a lot of racism which I think it's not tolerated. Very unfair and very rude. Worst experience! SAVE YOURSELVES DO NOT WORK FOR THEM!

I worked at Home Health of Illinois

    Pros

Freedom to make own schedule. Human Resource held company functions such as Bowling, Dinners, Picnics. Representatives were given company BlackBerrys.

    Cons

Poor Management. Poor Communication. It seemed like all the executive director cared about was numbers, which is what drives a company towards success. The training was terrible and reps were given unrealistic goals to hit in a very short time. No company credit card or car. All lunches and expenses were out of pocket and reimbursed. Salary was not competitive and some management techniques seemed unethical
