    Very slow getting things done, political

    Get on with it! Check people are doing what they've been asked/tasked to do and hold them to account if they haven't.

    Pros

    The organisation is investing heavily in its transformation programme. This will give a greater customer experience and give staff better processes and input into how they do their work. A flexible work environment and positive people really trying to make a difference.

    Cons

    Large organisation, so initiatives can sometimes be duplicated as you're unaware other's have already done something.

    Keep communicating progress and successes.

    Lovely building, great facilities and all of the people i met there appeared to want to help
    great internship (SDIP) highly recommence

    Cons

    No real cons. It is overall a very recommended experience especially through the internship

    Thumbs up. Keep on doing what you are doing, it was a very good time for me there

    Flexibility, variety of work, friendly and team working atmosphere, London location with limited travel, training opportunities

    Cons

    Bureaucratic, limited opportunities to progress if on a contract, payscale vs private finance, top-down origination of work

    More opportunities for contract workers to apply for internal opportunities

    Good support, training, development, salary and pension. Annual leave good and flexible working hours - interesting work and a chance to vary skills

    Cons

    Work can get repetitive and boring. Lots of meetings and admin work. Hierarchical structure and end of year reviews

    Encourage staff and give incentives
