    Some projects are not financially invested. Hardware can be in an issue depending on the project.

    It runs in well- staffed and motivated teams. It has a sophisticated performance appraisal system and actively promotes training.

    Cons

    The decision making is slow and a lot of its systems are overly bureaucratic.
