Pros
-$100 per filter you sell !! -Lots of incentives and bonuses - paid vacation(s) - opportunity to grow - lots of exercise! - can make a lot of money here - management makes a percentage off of their staff -nice staff!
Cons
- Door to door - people are unaware of the issues so they shut you down - you HAVE to pay taxes READ contract employees - longs hours(10-11hrs are the norm) for 100% commission - 0 Health benifits - work on holiday’s and Saturday’s - must sell 2-3 filters a day plus maintain for several weeks to get 1 free trip x2 for 2 free trips - you have to take the money and your check - you have to pay taxes Personal cons - money missing from checks and installations not calculated correctly - door to door - dangles incentives, bonuses, and promotions over your head to make you work harder to only not follow through - company car- constantly moved - you HAVE to take the money in your check

Pros
Energetic atmosphere and good opportunity to become successful and learn sales. Very tough sales though since it is door to door residency sales and isn't for everyone. Opportunity to make a lot of money if you get the hang of it.
Cons
- Commission only - 10-11 hr work days, 6 days a week - Say there is unlimited vacation time, but anytime you scheduled to take off they gave you hell about it. - Boss was misleading and failed to report cancellations that occurred. - Shorted on checks. - Management was fairly rude and demeaning as well.

Sep 20, 2018 - Customer Service Representative in North York, ONRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Paid Lunch - awesome CEO very straight up and honest.
Cons
The CSR position is the main focus point between the sellers and technicians it can be stressful at times constantly reading a script and hearing complaints from customers regarding shady sellers and missing filters and double charged payments, none of the calls are happy calls ever - Management to this day is a mystery into what they do other then the schedule, they have no idea about anything regarding the actual protocols or product the only one that knows anything would be the team lead. This is a dead end job with no room for growth its a very small company that hire management from outside, and the pay is very average. Management will not have your back if you are targeted by the sales team, they will always be number one as it is a struggle to hire people to sell this product. The company at this point cannot provide tissue paper or coffee , sometime they do not even have toiler paper, the office is located near the subway but is still very remote there is nothing around to eat and that subway line to get there ALWAYS has delays. This isn't a company that you could put on your resume and be proud based on its reputation and bad reviews.

Amazing Place for Self Development
Jul 13, 2017 - Operations Business Analyst in Toronto, ONRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
- This company gave me many opportunities to explore my interests and develop my skill set - The managers encourage and finance self education and self improvement - The workload is heavy and fast paced, which makes it a fun place to work at! - Making changes to processes is easy if your ideas are backed up by reliable data. Therefore, you can always find interesting work for yourself because there are many improvements that you can do - In addition to the last comment, if any of your ideas are backed up by data, you will be encouraged to act upon it. It's an extremely data driven environment. - You have many degrees of freedom (pun intended) in choosing the type and style of work - The teammates are very pleasant to work with and come from many different backgrounds and have very different skill sets which helps a lot when you are brainstorming ideas for a project I would recommend this company if you like challenging projects and learning new things
Cons
The workload can be uneven and unpredictable, but it is never boring. Time flies by.
